Imagine the ancient times up until the medieval ones, when big cities had to have a whole armor around it. A huge wall surrounding it, high towers where cannons, bows and arrows are on stand-by every moment of the day and night. It is inside those walls that the citizens felt safe and sound enough to build the city in every way, for the city to develop its own cultural and social taste, and for the building of the city as a whole and the individual specifically would be a possible option to have. Later, cooperation between such cities would take place and cultural, economic and even political exchange would take place.
Now imagine that same city taking its walls down, removing its armor, and just “letting” it “go,” depending on trusting that no one would harm it as long as they “have faith.” Imagine it ridding itself of the boundaries that limit the way outsiders deal with it. Explore in my mind the best and worst scenarios, what could happen if it is a lucky city and what would take place if it ran out of luck. Picturing an invaded, raped, destroyed city has to be a very likely option, considering the nature of the outsiders of medieval times…
What about when that city is an actual individual? What about when it is you? The tough-to-swallow 3D fact remains, if you don’t establish and keep healthy boundaries with the outside world, you cannot live authentically, and you will definitely never become close of your own spiritual sovereignty.
Every person is a whole special and unique story written by the universe, yet we live in a world dominated by indoctrination of what constitutes a “good,” “successful” person. The decision of how and who an individual should be are determined and dictated on 3D by the person’s community, socioeconomic status, family, fulfilled/unfulfilled dreams of the parents, etc. Peer pressure takes a major role at all ages to shape the qualities and craft of each individual. We normally react to that pressure mostly by falling for it and a few start to revolt and become extreme in the opposite direction. Few are blessed enough to be brought up in a balanced way by which they grow to find out who they are and their own unique path.
All of us who suffer/have suffered such lack of boundaries know what it’s like. We say yes when we wish to refuse and we refuse when we wish to say yes. We fear the anger, disappointment, judgement of the other if we don’t live up to their expectations. We end up resentful that we are not seen for who we are; our individuality becomes compromised. Without having healthy boundaries, we lack the ability, like that raped city, to be safe alone to discover who we truly are, and we dress into that uniform, becoming more copies of that failed image of Man—authenticity never reached.
It is only an individual who has managed to keep to gain back their independence from the control of the world that is able to live authentically, able to express themself and walk the Earth as they feel appropriate. Only such a being reaches their spiritual sovereignty, when they become the leader of their own inner world and they wear that holy crown on their head. Only when the Roots and Stem and healthy, can the leaves branch out in a glorious sight.
Using the language of chakras, boundaries are healthy when one’s solar plexus is powerful and clear. It backs up the work of the heart, helping it open and discover its own life purpose to be expressed courageously through the throat. This allows a person to stand firm on their own two feet, helping root one and reach the required stability of career and abundance, as they simultaneously have their crown open, as the universe loves to speak to those who listen to the beats of their own hearts, where God truly resides.
The journey to spiritual sovereignty is definitely not an easy one, not with all the programs built against it throughout our lives and in our inherited DNA. Yet, by applying the rules of Trust and Courage as a person’s spiritual compass, and determining to succeed regardless of the tests and challenges, there is no way except that the universe surrenders to your own heart’s desire, and Crown you with the Bliss you deserve.
Important Notice: I have been mentioning 3D as a condition for the validity of the teachings in this article. The 5D is a whole different world, governed by other rules where no one except the Self exists, and it is to be written about in a different article. I will also later be writing about how to apply both the 3D and 5D perceptions and deal with the outer and inner worlds in a spiritually-correct manner.
